Tyler Mudano

Tyler Mudano serves as the Project Manager at AmSkills, where he oversees a broad range of functions including logistics, operations, procurement, and program development. He is instrumental in the daily operations of the AmSkills Career Discovery Bootcamp, contributes to curriculum development, and manages the operations of both the AmSkills Workforce Innovation Center in Pasco County and the AmSkills Neighborhood Training Center at Lealman Exchange in Pinellas County.

A native of Clearwater, Tyler graduated from Calvary Christian High School and earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance & Global Business from the University of South Florida (USF). His academic journey included a study abroad program through USF, during which he traveled to 27 countries, exploring various business environments and gaining deep insights into global supply chains.

Tyler began his career at AmSkills in August 2016 as a Bookkeeper and advanced to his current role in August 2018. He is certified in Project Management from USF and holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, underscoring his expertise in process improvement.

Tyler's extensive global exposure has helped him with a unique understanding of workplace dynamics. He believes that while for many, work is a routine task, the role at AmSkills transcends the ordinary: "To many people, a job is just a job; they go to work, do their assigned tasks, go home, and come back the next day…it’s all very mundane. But at AmSkills, we aren’t just going through the motions. We are an important part of something special, and we are positively impacting people, the community, and the economy."

Tyler is a self-described servant leader, a commitment demonstrated by his participation in clean-up efforts in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina and multiple mission trips. Residing in Trinity, Florida, when he's not engaged with his responsibilities at AmSkills, he enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle including golfing, biking, fishing, and, of course, traveling.
