A highly successful and flexible Management Professional with a diverse background in Continuous Improvement, Production Management, Maintenance and managing hourly and salaried associates in union and non-union facilities.  Proven depth and strength in Engineering and leading all aspects of project development, implementation and commercialization.

Vice President of Manufacturing – Coke Florida; Tampa, FL  (Nov 2021 – Present) - Responsible for leading Coke Florida's manufacturing team by providing strategic guidance, helping to build organizational capability, improving processes, and developing great leaders.  Providing continuous improvement in the four manufacturing plants and managing the continued investments in the manufacturing space.

Director Manufacturing Continuous Improvement – Coke Florida; Tampa, FL  (Mar 2017 – Nov 2021)

Responsible for developing and maintaining a continuous improvement culture throughout manufacturing.  Lead initiatives to improve people, processes and equipment to build operational capability.  Provide leadership and guidance in solving operational issues.  Provide capital project guidance to maximize assets.  Responsible for governess of  manufacturing standards regarding performance.  Measure and communicate individual plant and system performance in manufacturing.  Coach and develop leaders and associates.  Provide plant guidance and support.

  • Developed online performance reporting with BI team to enable plants to measure to manage.
  • Implemented monthly efficiency and maintenance routines to develop a CI focus and drive performance.
  • Led the development of JAX can line changeover process decreasing changeover time by five hours.
  • Coached/trained leaders and associates and improved their leadership skills and business acumen.
  • Facilitated Kaizen events for complex manufacturing related issues.
  • Developed and implemented minimum standards for vendor training which is in use by Engineering.
  • Managed the implementation of a plant performance SCADA system.
  • Led the Orlando and Broward plants in the absence of a Plant Manager.

Plant Manager - Coca-Cola Refreshments; Tampa, FL  (Jan 2014 – Mar 2017)

Responsible for achieving manufacturing facility operatives. Functionally responsible for production, quality assurance, maintenance, and warehouse departments.  Developing initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and safety standards and ensure achievement of manufacturing goals.  Work with account management teams for planning and forecast of new business.  Maximizing productive capabilities to achieve customer satisfaction while attaining operating cost and goals.  Managing and implementing change to ensure continuous improvement and to build the capability of the associates and Managers.

  • Implemented two new Krones inline blowmold PET lines at $30MM+ in Capital.
  • Plant awarded the President’s Award in Quality for the 2016 year.
  • Implemented “simple 3x3 plan” in 2014 which increased USLE 7% from Q1 2014 to Q4 2015. Further increase of 5% in 2016.
  • Increased SmartWater capacity on 1L SKU by 3600 cases per shift and 1.25L SKU by 2200 cases per shift.
  • Passed all LRQA audits with zero findings
  • Implemented 24 hour x 7 shifts and eliminated sanitation crews.
  • Implemented 150k sqft. off-site warehouse storage facility in 2016.
  • Led Tampa plant transition to Florida bottler.
  • Created Tampa Center for Operational Excellence including: Implemented computer based safety and environmental training, vendor training, Video training.
  • Implemented Supervisor summits for management development.
