- Implemented two new Krones inline blowmold PET lines at $30MM+ in Capital.
- Plant awarded the President’s Award in Quality for the 2016 year.
- Implemented “simple 3x3 plan” in 2014 which increased USLE 7% from Q1 2014 to Q4 2015. Further increase of 5% in 2016.
- Increased SmartWater capacity on 1L SKU by 3600 cases per shift and 1.25L SKU by 2200 cases per shift.
- Passed all LRQA audits with zero findings
- Implemented 24 hour x 7 shifts and eliminated sanitation crews.
- Implemented 150k sqft. off-site warehouse storage facility in 2016.
- Led Tampa plant transition to Florida bottler.
