Career Discovery Bootcamps
Interested in participating in our Career Discovery Boot Camp to hire for your job openings?
The basic requirements are:
- Your company can sponsor a boot camp with one of the sponsorship tiers
- You have a hiring need for entry-level employees
- You can provide job descriptions for the positions available
- You can give a presentation for 30 minutes for a Lunch and Learn during the bootcamp
- And you can come in and do interviews on the second Friday (Graduation Day)
We know manufacturing really well, but much of what we teach is applicable across many fields. Our bootcamp content is comprised of precision measurement, blueprint reading, documentation, soldering, safety, electrical, as well as soft skills, interviewing, and conflict resolution.
We’ve seen success with our graduates in the following fields, too.
- Construction
- Utilities
- Warehouse
- Lighting
