Alisa Franz
Mrs. Franz has an extensive background relating to administrative and managerial tasks as well as possessing marketing and communication experience. She became part of the AmSkills team in October 2022 as the Marketing and Bootcamp Administrator. Mrs. Franz utilized her Communications degree from Wichita State University as a writer for a Kansan newspaper. She worked on the administrative side of the educational system for 12 years and has recently crossed over into the manufacturing industry for a new challenge and learning opportunity.
Although her AmSkills job responsibilities range from assessing the Career Discovery Bootcamp Dislocated Worker (WIOA) grant to helping students design their resumes and prepare for interviews, she stays focused and completes each project to the best of her ability. Mrs. Franz enjoys questioning the process to discover how it can be run more efficiently and effectively. Currently, Mrs. Franz is headquartered at the Lealman Exchange AmSkills office where she works on organizing the Career Discovery Bootcamps and other programming.
